Our Store
Jed & Marne strives for simplicity, we have designed our online shop accordingly, providing the customer with an easy shopping and checkout process. We ask our customers to carefully look over their order before checking out as to prevent any errors. If however a mistake is made please notify us immediately at info@jedandmarne.com. After all, people make mistakes, and that’s okay with us.
Shipping
Our flat rate shipping and handling charge is $10.50. Items are shipped directly from our location in the US and will be with you within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. The projected delivery period within which you will receive your order is an estimate. If an item is out of stock and that was not accurately reflected in the check out process we will inform you if and when it becomes available. Goods will be sent to the shipping address provided in your order. Expedited shipping methods are available upon request and for an additional charge.
International Orders & Shipping
We ship to select locations internationally via USPS. The customer is responsible for paying any resulting customs tariffs, duties or VAT (value added tax) on international shipments. There is a 2 unit minimum on all international orders from our men’s store and a 4 unit minimum on all international orders from our kid’s store. All international sales are final. Please contact us at info@jedandmarne.com or 802-763-0898 in order to determine whether or not we ship to your desired destination.
Payment
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on orders to Vermont.
Returns & Exchanges – Store Credit Only
Jed & Marne wants to make all of its customers happy. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase Jed & Marne will accept return of that purchase in exchange for store credit as long as the returned merchandise meets the following conditions:
- items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- items must include original vendor packaging and all vendor tags
Items for return should be shipped within 10 days from the day that they were received by the customer. All shipping costs for returns shall be paid for by the customer unless the merchandise has proven to be defective.

Jed & Marne does not accept returns on sale items and items shipped internationally.
Items Lost, Damaged or Stolen During Shipment
Jed & Marne does not accept responsibility for any items that have been lost, damaged or stolen while in the hands of independent shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
Privacy Policy
Jed & Marne values the privacy of all of our customers. We adhere to the following policy and its respective provisions in order to protect the information provided to us by our customers:
- all access to customer information will be restricted to Jed & Marne and will be used solely for the purpose of communicating to the customer information relevant to Jed & Marne the company
- Jed & Marne will not willingly provide, transfer or sell any customer information without first gaining consent from the customer
- the Jed & Marne mailing list will include only those customers who have consented to be included on that list; any customer can, at any time, request to be removed from that list by writing to us at info@jedandmarne.com or by clicking unsubscribe.

These contents may not be distributed, exchanged, sold, modified, traded or copied without written permission from Jed & Marne.
Provided that the terms laid forth here are complied with, Jed & Marne allows for a non-exclusive right to enter and use this site. By entering and using this site you are agreeing to disallow any attempt to interrupt the operating and function of this site in any way, using any means.
